The opportunity
TechnologyAdvice is growing, and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to join our Creative Team as a Graphic Design Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams—including Content, Sales, Marketing, and Product—to create compelling visual assets for both internal and client-facing campaigns. Your expertise in visual design will help elevate and strengthen our impact across our diverse portfolio of websites, marketing initiatives, and branded communications.

What you’ll do
- Creative Execution – Design and deliver digital-first collateral, including infographics, eBooks, email banners, social posts, infographics, presentations, ads, and web graphics.
- Visual Storytelling – Combine photography, vector art, and data visuals into cohesive designs that reinforce our brand and engage audiences.
- Illustration & Iconography – Develop custom illustrations, icons, and graphic elements that enhance brand identity and visual storytelling.
- Concept & Sketching – Translate ideas into rough sketches and polished illustrations to support campaigns, digital assets, and editorial content.
- Brand Stewardship: Apply and refine brand guidelines—typography, color, imagery—to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Brand Consistency – Uphold and evolve brand standards, ensuring cohesive and impactful visual communication.
- UX/UI Strategy – Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with content, sales, marketing, and product teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
- Creative Team Collaboration: Actively engage with fellow designers—sharing critiques, brainstorming ideas, and maintaining our design system—to drive consistency and innovation across all creative projects.
Who you are
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a mastery of layout, digital campaigns, branding, and custom illustrations.
- Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software and other relevant design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma).
- Strong illustration skills with experience in developing original graphics, icons, and vector assets.
- Comfortability interpreting data to create compelling visualizations such as charts, graphics, and other layouts.
- Can independently develop design concepts and innovative visual strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong presentation and collaboration skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptive, curious, and solutions-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
- Access to a personal laptop and stable internet connection.

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Monthly Pay Range
₱46,000—₱66,000 PHP
