JOB SUMMARY :
As a Graphic Designer at Chronos Agency, you’ll be instrumental in developing strategic and visually compelling graphics that align with our clients’ brand identities. Our clientele primarily comprises e-commerce store owners, and your role will involve conceptualizing and producing designs that not only resonate with their branding but also drive measurable returns on investment. Your creative contributions will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, boosting engagement and contributing to the overall success of our clients’ businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Plan and create graphics for our clients brands
- Generate brand-related and high-converting graphic designs (banners, gifs, email popup form design)
- Research and implementation of the latest design principles in e-commerce marketing
- Regularly work with the fulfilment team to produce the final design
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Amend designs after feedback from the team
- Attend regular team meetings for updates and collaboration
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts or similar field required
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience is necessary
- Proven experience designing email campaigns within Klaviyo
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva for creating diverse digital assets
- Mandatory experience in the skincare industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced agency (digital marketing, lifecycle or email marketing) is essential
- Experience in e-commerce industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
