$150/week $20 per Appointment | $60 per Sale | 4-Day Workweek

WHAT YOU GET
- $150/week base pay
- $20 for every qualified appointment booked

Our best reps book 3–7 appointments a day. If you’re coachable and consistent, you will get paid every single week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Growth Campaign Advisor, you’re not cold-calling off random names. You’ll be driving farming our inbound leads, local business interest, and business that are newly registered and scheduling calls for your Sales Manager to close.
- Follow up with warm leads from paid ads and partner channels
- Book qualified appointments with decision-makers
- Send follow-up emails, texts, and calendar invites
- Track activity and progress in CRM
- Assist senior closers in prepping and following up on calls
- Learn the ropes until and become and double your base, quadrupple your commissions, and be eligible for residual pay!
WHO YOU ARE
- A sharp English speaker with sales instincts or marketing hustle
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce
- Have a stable internet connection (50+ Mbps) and headset
- Professional, organized, and wired to win
- Bonus if you have fitness industry experience or a performance-first mindset
- U.S. expats and remote-savvy locals strongly encouraged
