Salary Range: Competitive; based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

About the Client

Our client is a high-growth AI startup transforming pharmacy operations in the U.S. healthcare space. Their flagship product is an AI Pharmacy Assistant that automates routine pharmacy tasks, enabling teams to focus more on patient care. Already live in multiple U.S. pharmacies, their agentic AI systems are deeply embedded in pharmacy workflows and are reshaping the patient experience. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team that’s backed by real traction and revenue—and contribute to tech that makes healthcare faster, smarter, and more human.

Position Overview

Our partner is looking for a highly motivated, early-career Operations Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving cross-functional challenges. You’ll work across operations, marketing, sales, and product to help streamline systems, support client relationships, and keep the company moving forward. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to get wide-ranging exposure to startup operations and make a tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Support

  • Create and edit marketing content (blog posts, emails, visuals) using tools like Canva
  • Edit short-form videos for use on social media and email campaigns

Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct lead research and build prospect lists
  • Manage CRM hygiene, follow-up workflows, and meeting scheduling
  • Support pre-call briefs and sales call preparation

Product & Quality Review

  • Review AI assistant outputs and document user edge cases or feedback
  • Flag improvement opportunities for engineering or product teams

Internal Operations

  • Draft and maintain SOPs and internal documentation
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose process improvements
  • Support team-wide coordination and ad hoc operational tasks

Must-Have:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience (internships not counted)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Suite
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT

Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous startup experience
  • Background in pharmacy, health tech, or healthcare ops
  • Ability to automate tasks using Python or Excel macros
  • Experience in marketing, content writing, or visual design
