The Role:

Growth Marketing Manager with a unique blend of product marketing insight and demand generation muscle. In this role, you’ll help define our product narrative, shape how we show up in the market, and build integrated campaigns that generate pipeline. You’ll partner closely with product, sales, and content teams to turn messaging into motion — crafting assets that resonate and executing programs that convert. You’ll leverage the latest tools and AI to accelerate campaigns, improve targeting, and optimize performance across all channels. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced demand generation marketer who is looking to make the move into product marketing.

Responsibilities:

Product Marketing

  • Translate our message master into compelling product narratives
  • Own and update key go-to-market assets (website copy, product one-pagers, decks, videos, case studies)
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform positioning and strategy

Demand Generation

  • Lead campaign planning and execution (in partnership with our agency)
  • Create and optimize nurture programs and conversion funnels
  • Track, analyze, and optimize  campaign performance
  • Collaborate with Ops to improve lead scoring and improve conversion
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure  campaign follow up and feedback loops

Cross Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, sales, business development, corporate marketing, growth/demand generation, and sales enablement to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and campaign execution and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that influence purchasing decisions
  • Technical and business understanding of how to leverage marketing tech with ABM experience. Our stack includes 6Sense, CommonRoom, Marketo, Gong Engage and MetaData.io
  • Excellent project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
  • Team player who collaborates and thrives on cross-functional team wins
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a high level of autonomy

  • Experience in emerging data technologies (e.g. cloud data warehousing, OLAP/OLTP databases, streaming data architectures, etc)

Individual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications aligned with Imply’s internal levelings guidelines and benchmarks. The below range encompasses roles with on target earnings. This role is also eligible to participate in Imply’s equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000
