The Role
We’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social who is passionate about driving efficient new customer acquisition through paid social channels. The ideal candidate has experience testing and scaling paid social campaigns to hit acquisition goals while supporting long-term growth. As the channel owner, you’ll lead and optimize strategy across the entire paid social funnel—blending media buying with growth-focused creative strategy.
You should be equal parts creative and analytical, just as comfortable guiding creative production as you are diving into performance data. Meta is currently our primary platform, with plans to expand into new channels in the near future.
The right candidate brings a proven track record in growth marketing with deep expertise in paid social. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day execution, analyzing performance, reporting on KPIs, and delivering insights that move the strategy forward.
What You Get To Do Every Day
- Lead planning, execution, optimization, budget pacing, and reporting across paid social platforms
- Continuously analyze, experiment, and iterate to scale campaigns and improve performance
- Develop a testing roadmap to drive performance through creative testing, campaign structure, audience targeting, landing page optimization, and more
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and financial reporting for paid social
- Monitor and interpret key metrics—CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV—and creative indicators like thumbstop rate and hold rate
- Share insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to inform broader business and creative strategy
- Partner with Creative, E-commerce, and CRO teams to optimize the full user journey from ad to landing page
- Stay current on platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices to keep our paid social program ahead of the curve
What You Bring To The Role
- 4+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns, in-house or at a top-tier performance marketing agency
- Proven ability to build and scale paid social programs, ideally for high-growth eCommerce or DTC brands—bonus points for experience in digital health
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and attribution tools like Rockerbox, TripleWhale, or Northbeam
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working in BI tools such as Sigma, Google Analytics, or other web analytics platforms
- Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and data-driven decision-making
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the healthcare or sleep space

Compensation Range
$110,000-$130,000/yr. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus plan. The target bonus opportunity is 15% of the base salary.
The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance with 100% of the employee medical, vision, and dental premiums covered by the Company. There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. You will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with the company’s policies. Our Seattle-based employees will receive commuter benefits.
