About this role

We’re hiring a GTM Systems & Automation Lead to help us build a faster, smarter revenue engine.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, automation and systems design. You’ll be responsible for building scalable workflows, stitching together our tools, and generating qualified pipeline, turning signals into sales.

If you’re a technical generalist who’s commercially minded and obsessed with efficiency, this is your chance to have a measurable impact across the entire customer lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Design and maintain end-to-end outreach workflows that consistently generate high-quality, sales-qualified leads
  • Enrich, filter, and prioritise data using AI and automation
  • Architect and optimise our go-to-market systems: from data flows and integrations to triggered campaigns and routing logic
  • Run experiments, A/B testing messaging, channels, cadences and triggers to see what drives conversion
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product to sharpen ICPs, refine strategy, and surface actionable insights
  • Own key metrics like pipeline generated and SQLs delivered, and be relentless in finding new ways to raise the bar

What we’re looking for

You’re a creative and curious builder who blends technical know-how with strong commercial instinct. You probably tick most of these boxes:

  • You’ve worked in growth, sales ops, revenue engineering or marketing ops—and want to go deeper into the systems that drive revenue
  • You’re fluent in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Clearbit, Zapier, Make, and ChatGPT—or can pick them up fast
  • You’re comfortable writing scripts, running SQL queries, working with APIs, or gluing systems together with low-code solutions
  • You think like an engineer—identifying bottlenecks, testing hypotheses, fixing the root cause, and tracking performance
  • You’ve designed omnichannel GTM workflows (email, LinkedIn, paid, chat, web) and automated personalised outreach at scale
  • You’re self-directed but collaborative, and value quick feedback loops to iterate on your work
