About the role
The National Manager – GTM is responsible for managing the orchestration and delivery of GTM sprint programs across all regions. You will act as the operational heartbeat of the GTM function, ensuring that every rollout is aligned to the strategic roadmap, is measurable, and drives adoption and performance uplift.
The National Manager – GTM will be responsible for orchestrating the successful execution of GTM sprints across the country. This role ensures nationwide coordination, reporting, and alignment with all stakeholders including Sales Leaders, Product, Marketing, and Regional State Leads. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that national strategies are executed consistently while allowing for regional flexibility and broker-centric delivery.
Job Description
- Program Orchestration: Design and manage the national cadence of GTM sprints across multiple products, ensuring delivery timelines and outcomes are achieved.
- Operational Alignment: Ensure every sprint aligns with broader business and broker network strategies, adjusting scope or resourcing as necessary.
- Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that track sprint progress, adoption, and broker performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and Regional GTM Leads to align sprint objectives with tactical execution.
- Sprint Methodology Owner: Refine the GTM sprint process over time, embedding agile best practices and retrospectives into the operating rhythm.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate feedback loops, implement learnings, and improve the delivery engine over time based on data and broker insights
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading Sales Operations, GTM, or Program Management teams.
- Strong background in agile execution and cross-functional program delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
- Deep experience in data reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to lead through influence and align diverse stakeholder groups.
