As Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating EXUSโs already fast growth trajectory by transforming our marketing function into a strategic growth engine. You will work closely with a ramped-up sales team to drive 10X B2B growth โ an ambitious and rewarding milestone to showcase on your future CV.
You’ll own the global marketing strategy, align efforts with sales, and lead a high-performing team focused on pipeline generation, product positioning, and customer advocacyโ all with a deep understanding of the enterprise software buyer in financial services and utilities.

Role’s Responsibilities:
Growth & Demand
โข Build a scalable demand generation engine to support 50% YoY ARR growth
โข Launch account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts
โข Partner with Sales to define and optimize the full funnel (MQL โ Revenue)
Strategy & Planning
โข Own the global marketing strategy, aligning with GTM and company objectives
โข Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs
โข Lead market segmentation, competitive positioning, and pricing input
Brand & Content
โข Elevate Exusโs brand and thought leadership in enterprise collections technology
โข Oversee the development of high-quality content and campaigns across channels
โข Ensure messaging consistency across markets, segments, and teams
Product Marketing
โข Develop and maintain positioning, battle cards, and sales collateral
โข Lead go-to-market strategies for new product capabilities and verticals
Customer Advocacy
โข Build a robust customer marketing program: case studies, references, expansion plays
โข Support Customer Success to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Earned Growth Rate (EGR)
โข Drive referral and reputation-led growth to increase pipeline efficiency
Operations & Reporting
โข Own marketing analytics, reporting, and budget
โข Optimise campaign performance using A/B testing and analytics
โข Oversee visual and verbal brand consistency across channels
โข Improve attribution and ROI tracking using tools like HubSpot.
โข Line manage inbound/outbound/content marketers and external suppliers
โข Guide the team with clear KPIs across pipeline, influence, and efficiency.
โข Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams for full alignment
โข Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing (ideally in enterprise sales cycles).
โข Deep understanding of demand generation, ABM, and product marketing.
โข Strong strategic thinking and executional leadership.
โข Experience leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments.
โข Excellent collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
โข Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Nice to have:

โข Exposure to SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue business models.
โข Played a key role in growing a company from $10M to $100M+ ARR or similar scale.
