The job is for a Project Owner in the digital marketing field for an iGaming company working on a Curacao licensed online casino project. The role involves designing website UI/UX, optimizing bonuses and content marketing, implementing acquisition and retention strategies, managing affiliate partnerships, media buying activities, and producing analytic reports.
Requirements
- 4+ years in digital marketing role in online gaming/casino industry
- Solid experience of working on Curacao license and implementing marketing in unregulated markets
- Experience of building up complex brand from scratch, including technical campaigns, market entry initiatives, managing and operations
- Proven experience in Traffic Acquisition and Affiliate partnership
- Ability to scale GGR (NGR) of the project as well as ROI
- Solid knowledge of online advertising, ad-serving technologies and tracking infrastructure, social networks, search engines and mobile tech (WebView/iOS/Android applications)
- Confident skills in dashboards (Tableau, Google Datastudio etc.) and tools, principles of processing and compilation of different sources and formats of data
- Experience with big data analytical tools (Excel (pivot, etc.), SQL, etc.)
- Good knowledge of SSP and Rich Media, SEO, CPA, PPC, LTV, FTD etc
- Technical understanding of HTML/5, JavaScript, and tracking technologies
- Excellent English skills, project management, reporting and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Design Website UI/UX, product and banners together with designers and developers
- Develop and optimize Bonus Matrix, Tournaments, Raffles etc
- Define Content Marketing together with SEO specialists and copywriters
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Working with Acquisition and CRM experts you will design and implement Acquisition strategy
- Define acquisition structure, budget allocation, non-standard traffic acquisition channels
- Create and implement e-mail marketing strategy, design of Promo materials etc
- Implement SMM content marketing strategy and lead Influencer campaigns
- Optimize programs for transitioning players through their life stages, convey right messages and deliver right experience to players to maintain profitable revenue
- Implement Retention strategy, customer engagement campaigns, in-product marketing plans, promo materials etc
- In cooperation with Affiliate Marketing managers
- Secure revenue growth through partnerships channels, ensure solid support and communication with all affiliates and partners
- Develop partnerships for revenue growth and ROI, outline KPI’s and provide consistent reporting for all marketing campaigns
- Work alongside the Media Buying managers to deliver high converting campaigns
- Continuously measure ROI and KPIs, conduct budget proposals
