To lead our product strategy and fuel our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a visionary, hands-on Head of Product who will shape the future of OpenProject and elevate our product to new heights.
Your Mission
Product Strategy: Update and refine the product roadmap, structure the decision-making process, and drive data-based prioritization while balancing short-term needs with long-term innovation.
Customer Focus: Strengthen relationships with key customers and integrate feedback into product decisions to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Execution: Manage Product team to develop and iterate on products and features efficiently. Oversee the delivery of exceptional UX and design with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring design consistency and precision throughout the product.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal and relevant external stakeholders to optimize product-market fit and adoption.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Thorough experience in product management at a SaaS company paired with technical expertise in SaaS architecture, with a strong tech background.
Deep customer insight, translating needs into impactful product decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
Strong attention to detail, high-quality standards, and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
You thrive in a mission-driven environment where open source, transparency, and impact matter and our OPENP core company values resonate strongly with you.
Full fluency in German and English, with the ability to adapt communication to different target groups and contexts with strong remote communication skills.
