Head of Sales - Europe

We’re TheyDo, the leading journey management platform empowering teams to make the customer journey their most powerful business tool. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Sales -Europe to lead our next stage of growth in the region. This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing company defining a category and to shape how businesses put customer journeys at the heart of everything they do.

What you’ll do

As Head of Sales for Europe, you’ll lead, scale, and inspire a high-performing sales team. You’ll own revenue growth, drive operational excellence, and partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to build a repeatable, scalable sales engine.

Your impact:

  • Build, lead, and coach a world-class European sales team.

  • Own revenue targets and drive predictable growth across enterprise and mid-market segments.

  • Refine and evolve our sales playbook to meet the demands of a rapidly scaling business.

  • Partner with Marketing to optimise lead generation and pipeline growth.

  • Work closely with Product to share customer insights that inform the roadmap.

  • Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success leading sales teams in a B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience selling to enterprise organizations with complex buying cycles.

  • A hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-changing environments.

  • Deep understanding of how to scale outbound and inbound sales motions.

  • Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development.

  • Data-driven, operationally excellent, and customer-obsessed.

  • Comfortable with asynchronous work and distributed teams (CET ±2 hours).
