Keypath Education is a global EdTech company partnering with leading universities to deliver online programs that address real-world social and economic challenges. We’re seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Head of Sales to lead our high-performing Admissions team, drive enrolment growth, and shape the future of the student experience.

Job Description

As Head of Sales, you’ll lead a distributed team of sales professionals within our contact centre environment, responsible for converting student enquiries into enrolments across a portfolio of postgraduate programs. You’ll champion a values-led, performance-driven culture, embedding best practices in sales, coaching, and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, IT, and Account Management to align sales strategies with partner priorities, optimise conversion journeys, and deliver exceptional outcomes for students and university partners.

Key accountabilities:

Sales Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Admissions team to achieve and exceed enrolment targets across all university partnerships.
  • Build a sales-first culture focused on coaching, accountability, and high performance.
  • Drive sales pipeline management, team capability development, and effective student conversion strategies.
  • Embed strong team rhythms, performance analytics, and transparent communication.

Customer Experience & Operational Excellence

  • Design and optimise the conversion journey, ensuring seamless transitions across Marketing and Admissions.
  • Champion a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Account Management teams to align sales strategies with partner priorities and go-to-market initiatives.

Strategic Contribution and Organisational Influence

  • Actively shape organisational strategy and transformation by championing the voice of Admissions  in cross-functional leadership forums.
  • Inform enterprise strategy and functional innovation through data-driven insights and forward-looking sales perspectives.
  • Lead change initiatives and system optimization projects that improve team performance, digital enablement, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, IT, and Account Management to ensure aligned execution of program launches and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Data, Reporting & Decision-Making

  • Use data insights to inform decision-making, improve conversion outcomes, and drive process optimisation.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting student enrolments and identifying risks and opportunities in collaboration with the broader Growth team.
  • Partner with Finance and Insights to deliver accurate and actionable reporting to internal and partner stakeholders.

Governance & Risk

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and partner-specific requirements in all enrolment and student communication practices.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership, ideally in tech, education, or contact centre environments.
  • Proven success leading distributed, target-driven teams in high-volume settings.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with deep expertise in sales metrics, pipeline optimisation, and conversion strategies.
  • Experience driving cultural and performance transformation across complex operational teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and CX systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Genesys preferred) and sales analytics tools.

Attributes & Capabilities:

Strategic agility: Able to see the big picture, anticipate trends, and plan accordingly.

Leadership presence: Credibility, clarity and empathy in communication, with a proven ability to influence at all levels.

Operational discipline: Hands-on execution ability, with strong process thinking and optimisation mindset.

Growth mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces innovation and continuous learning.

Student-centricity: Committed to the success and experience of our learners and the success of our university partners.
