We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll and team member support, ensuring smooth HR operations. You’ll be the go-to person for team members’ HR-related questions, working closely with the HR Manager to keep everything running efficiently.

Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires and ensure an organized offboarding process.
HR Data Management: Keep HR records accurate and up to date, including new hires, departures, PTO and sick leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Payroll & Compensation Administration:
- Track payroll updates such as bonuses, leaves, reimbursements and other adjustments.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records.
Employee Support & Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for team members, addressing questions related to attendance, engagement, compensation and other HR matters.
- Build strong relationships with team members and provide reliable HR support.
- Assist with employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters.
HR Policy & Compliance: Help develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
Engagement & Culture: Support and execute employee engagement initiatives with the HR Manager.
Internal Communications: Share important updates, announcements, and reminders and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other team milestones across internal channels.
2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll or administrative roles.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experience with payroll processing.
Highly skilled in spreadsheets.
Proficient in Google Suite applications.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
People-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Nice to have
Experience with BambooHR.
Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
