We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll and team member support, ensuring smooth HR operations. You’ll be the go-to person for team members’ HR-related questions, working closely with the HR Manager to keep everything running efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires and ensure an organized offboarding process.

  • HR Data Management: Keep HR records accurate and up to date, including new hires, departures, PTO and sick leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Payroll & Compensation Administration:

    • Track payroll updates such as bonuses, leaves, reimbursements and other adjustments.
    • Process payroll accurately and on time.
    • Maintain payroll records.
  • Employee Support & Relations:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for team members, addressing questions related to attendance, engagement, compensation and other HR matters.
    • Build strong relationships with team members and provide reliable HR support.
    • Assist with employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Help develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Engagement & Culture: Support and execute employee engagement initiatives with the HR Manager.

  • Internal Communications: Share important updates, announcements, and reminders and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other team milestones across internal channels.

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll or administrative roles.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Experience with payroll processing.

  • Highly skilled in spreadsheets.

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

  • People-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BambooHR.

  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

  • Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)

  • Vacation: 10 business days a year

  • Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
