Job Title: Job Title: Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate) – Inbound Warm Leads

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our real estate team. The ISA will handle inbound warm leads generated through Facebook and Instagram ads, making follow-up calls, responding to inquiries via text and email, and managing communication through our CRM (Follow Up Boss).

The ideal candidate is fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills and has experience in real estate lead nurturing and CRM systems. This role is crucial in building relationships with potential clients and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up with inbound warm leads from Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments for agents
  • Respond to lead inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and manage leads using Follow Up Boss CRM
  • Maintain consistent and organized communication logs in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Provide regular lead reports and updates to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or similar real estate CRMs
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and follow structured workflows
  • Comfortable using phone, SMS, and email for lead communication
  • Self-driven and proactive with a high attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
