We founded HomeLight in 2012 and operate in the real estate technology, proptech, and fintech industries. We help real estate agents and loan officers in the U.S. close deals for homebuyers and sellers. We use data to connect homebuyers and sellers with top local agents and investors based on historical performance. Our product suite enables agents, lenders, and their clients to access all-cash offers, buy a new home before selling their current one, and navigate the closing process. We power billions of dollars of residential real estate business annually. HomeLight, Inc. is a licensed real estate broker in California (DRE license # 01900940), and HomeLight Home Loans, Inc. has NMLS ID# 1529229. We are privately held with backing from investors including Zeev Ventures, Menlo Ventures, Group 11, Crosslink Capital, Bullpen Capital, Montage Ventures, Citi Ventures, and Google Ventures.

We operate as a hybrid-remote team with offices in Scottsdale, San Francisco, New York, and Seattle, alongside remote teams globally. We provide competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, with a cost-sharing option for dependents. Employees receive 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), with an additional five vacation days per year after two years of employment. After four years, employees are eligible for a month-long sabbatical.
