Overview: The company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a healthcare-focused practice with both administrative tasks and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, familiar with healthcare confidentiality practices, and capable of generating qualified leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient/client inquiries with professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Process and track blood orders accurately
- Manage email inboxes, documentation, and patient follow-up
- Maintain updated and accurate client/patient records
- Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Conduct cold calls to medical offices, concierge providers, wellness centers, and corporate HR departments
- Promote Braveheart’s mobile phlebotomy services and set up appointments for owner follow-up
- Assist in researching and building contact lists
- Manage CRM updates and outreach logs
- Collaborate on outreach call/email scripts
- Earn 3% commission on each client secured through your efforts
Qualifications:
- Experience in virtual assistance, healthcare administration, or business development (1+ year preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and confident making cold calls and handling objections
- Able to work independently while providing consistent updates and check-ins
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly role (rate to be discussed upon interview)
- + 3% commission for each successful lead turned into a paid client

APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- CRM software (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- VoIP/call systems (e.g., RingCentral, Grasshopper, Zoom Phone)
- Project/task managers (Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
- Basic Excel or data entry tools
- Familiarity with email marketing or automation tools is a plus
