We invite a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team and help develop, improve, and maintain innovative fintech products for our client, an industry-leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 US businesses. Your role will involve overseeing the work of two delivery teams within a new sub-project and performing various tasks associated with Scrum Master functions.

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, adept at managing multiple teams simultaneously
  • Demonstrated people management proficiency (conducting 1-1 meetings, creating PDPs, providing constructive feedback, and assisting with staffing and onboarding)
  • Great communication, self-organization, proactivity, and flexibility
  • Scrum Master experience
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Expertise in risk assessment and management

Desirable:

  • Experience collaborating with support teams
  • Scrum Master and SAFe certifications
  • Expertise in project budgeting

🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll coordinate teams’ activities to align with project goals. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring effective people management and the seamless adherence to Scrum principles.

  • Use the best project management practices and systems to help achieve software-related objectives
  • Plan and distribute project work among team members for smooth and timely delivery
  • Track project progress using suitable tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Handle change, stakeholder, and risk management
  • Assist with staffing and onboarding new team members
  • Drive people management activities (motivation, personal development, career planning, etc.)
  • Control project resources, report plans to key stakeholders, and ensure budget targets are met
