We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong Java expertise and some hands-on Python experience to join our team. You’ll be a key contributor to our brand-new initiative focused on building a powerful CI/CD tool that aggregates data from internal systems and transforms it into clear, access-controlled dashboards, offering teams and stakeholders real-time visibility into project progress and delivery status.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including building backend services that support data aggregation and dashboard generation
- Practical experience with Python
- Experience with unit/integration testing in Java/Python
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and data integration
- Proven experience with access management and role-based permission systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Kanban workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable:
- Familiarity with advanced access control models and modern authentication standards
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Domain experience in fintech
- Experience working with Harness CI/CD / Harness SEI
🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll drive the development of an essential CI/CD tool that aggregates data from various internal systems and generates robust dashboards with strict access control.
- Design and develop new features and backend services that power access-controlled dashboards for different stakeholder levels
- Build and implement integrations with multiple internal systems and data sources
- Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver effective solutions
- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for new features and integrations
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to support effective planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
