About the team:

Our Internal IT team provide exceptional technical assistance and empower our colleagues to maximize their productivity and success. We are dedicated to delivering timely, reliable, and effective support services across the organization. Through our expertise, responsiveness, and customer-centric approach, we aim to foster a positive work environment and enable seamless operations for our internal stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional support to our final users on their requests and/or issues;
  • Run Onboarding / Offboarding processes;
  • Update equipment inventory;
  • Send/receive equipment to/from repair;
  • Send/receive equipment to/from users;
  • Grant/revoke access;
  • Manage Office Network;
  • Basic development;
  • Automate existing manual processes;
  • Administer Corporate Systems;
  • Manage internal processes.

Who you are:

  • Technical or bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related knowledge areas;
  • Experience in activities on IT/infrastructure support;
  • Fluent English;
  • Good knowledge of MacOS and/or Linux OS;
  • MDM knowledge – JAMF Preferable;
  • IAM / SSO knowledge – Okta Preferable;
  • Experience with Google Workspace;

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of computer Network basic configuration;
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows environment;
  • Experience with Email server management.
