Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications using Java for backend development and React for frontend development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java and React development.
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) and RESTful API development.
- Proficiency in React.js and related libraries/tools (e.g., Redux, React Router).
- Solid understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to testing frameworks like JUnit, Jest, or Selenium.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
