Role & Job
As a Delivery Developer Junior, you’ll play a key role in helping us create and deliver conversational bots that are tailored to our clients’ unique needs. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team where you’ll learn our proprietary React-based framework, Botonic, and gain hands-on experience building real-world solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Learn and master our internal React framework, Botonic, with guidance from experienced team members.
Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deliver bots that meet specific client requirements.
Work closely with other developers to ensure our codebase is reliable, robust, and maintainable.
Participate in code reviews, share ideas, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our development process.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Grow your technical and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Located in Spain, possessing a valid NIE, a Spanish Social Security Number and the working visa in force.
Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and React: Personal projects, coursework, or internships are great!
Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks: You will be trained on our internal Botonic framework.
Basic understanding of software development best practices: Version control with Git, code organization, debugging, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills: You’ll be working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude: Comfortable asking questions and seeking feedback.
Interest in chatbots, conversational AI, or customer experience is a plus.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
