About The Role

In the role of Junior Software Engineer in Support, you will be responsible for triaging and resolving engineering escalations that arise from our end-user support operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Prioritize and resolve software bugs that are directly impacting our end-users.
  • Execute production database changes (Postgres) to help unblock clinical workflows.
  • Partner with our foundation software team to resolve larger product gaps that will reduce overall support volume (TypeScript, Node, React).
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference and to build a knowledge base for the support team.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact end-users (Grafana, Sentry).

Expected Full-Time Base Salary:  $95,000-$115,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills.
