About The Role
In the role of Junior Software Engineer in Support, you will be responsible for triaging and resolving engineering escalations that arise from our end-user support operations.
What You’ll Do
- Prioritize and resolve software bugs that are directly impacting our end-users.
- Execute production database changes (Postgres) to help unblock clinical workflows.
- Partner with our foundation software team to resolve larger product gaps that will reduce overall support volume (TypeScript, Node, React).
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference and to build a knowledge base for the support team.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact end-users (Grafana, Sentry).

- Have attended a software bootcamp, have a degree in computer science or a related field, or have at least one year of on the job training.

Expected Full-Time Base Salary: $95,000-$115,000
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills.
