About The Role
As an experienced Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer on our PDE team, you’ll be a key driver in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions for our pharmacy management system (NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, AWS, Postgres). This role is for an independent contributor who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, takes initiative to make a tangible impact, and operates with autonomy on significant features, championing code quality and engineering best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Design & Deliver Impact: Design, architect, and implement impactful full-stack features, enhancing user experience for internal teams and external healthcare providers.
- Champion Engineering Excellence: Actively contribute to and advocate for our engineering guidelines, code quality standards, and automation processes.
- Drive Solutions: Proactively identify technical challenges and improvement opportunities, planning and driving effective solutions to completion with autonomy.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with product managers, designers, QA, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions, communicating technical considerations.
- Ensure System Reliability: Take ownership of resolving production issues in your areas of expertise, contributing to platform stability and performance.
- Contribute & Mentor: Manage project priorities, share your knowledge openly, participate in thoughtful team discussions, and potentially mentor other engineers.
About You
You’re an experienced full-stack engineer passionate about building high-quality software and collaborating effectively. You’re proactive, take pride in your work, and are eager to contribute to our meaningful mission.
Technical Proficiency:
- 2-5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Experience with NodeJS, TypeScript, and/or ReactJS.
- Experience with AWS, designing/consuming APIs, and relational databases (Postgres).
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, bootcamp, or equivalent practical experience.
Ownership & Impact:

- You advocate for best practices and build well-crafted, maintainable software.
Collaborative Problem-Solver:
- Adept at dissecting complex requirements to architect thoughtful, scalable solutions, and communicating trade-offs.

- Effectively leverage or explore AI development tools, applying strong engineering judgment.

Expected Full-Time Base Salary: $145,000-$165,000
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements equity, paid time off and benefits.
