We are looking for Lead Generation team members in our India locations. Though this is based in India, you will work with Xybion clients and prospective clients globally.
Role: Lead Generation Team Member
Job Description:
- Monitor, track and follow up on inbound leads
- Qualify and follow up on all leads
- Run email campaigns and social media campaigns
- Contact prospective clients through networking
- Cold calling, gathering intelligence, handling objections, and Business-to-business lead generation in the concerned geographies.
- Create and manage lead database
- Maintain and update CRM.
- Support sales team with competitive and organizational research.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Staying informed and up to date with Life science industry knowledge.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree
Requirements:
- Curious, analytical, and social
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Remote and in-office hybrid work locations
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
