The Product team is building a low-friction way to validate digital IDs and reliably connect the physical and digital worlds. Our team is highly collaborative, working closely with clients and across multiple functions to bring different perspectives together in creating the best possible solutions.
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of Veriff’s flagship identity verification product. In this role, you’ll lead the development of AI-powered solutions that help world-class companies—from fintech and mobility to e-commerce and government—build trust with their users and stay compliant in a fast-evolving digital world.
You’ll be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team alongside engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers, and researchers. Together, you’ll shape the future of digital identity and protect millions of honest people online.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core identity verification products
- Translating customer needs, regulatory changes, and market trends into actionable product initiatives
- Working hands-on with engineering, design, data science, analytics, legal, and go-to-market teams to define, build, and launch products
- Leveraging data, research, and customer input to prioritize features, measure success, and iterate quickly
- Partnering with Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and enable growth
- Driving end-to-end execution—from presenting business cases to launching products and scaling adoption
- Fostering alignment across the company through clear, consistent communication and trusted relationships
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Experience owning a product end-to-end, from ideation to delivery and scaling
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning, especially in applied settings
- Proven ability to craft strategy and drive measurable outcomes
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers to validate ideas and gather insights
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
You’re an especially awesome match if you have:
- Experience in identity verification and other related identity products
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C environments
- Experience working with go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Account Management)
- Familiarity with regulated industries, such as finance, mobility, or government tech
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering)
