Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a concierge role for high profile clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in multiple languages preferred
  • Bring your own network of contacts at luxury venues / service providers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including current trends and popular destinations
  • Capability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in technology, including booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience or strong interest in a startup environment
  • Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating and surpassing the needs and expectations of our high-profile members
  • Provide personalized recommendations tailored to cardmembers' preferences and interests
  • Ensure client satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing any concerns or issues
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury and unique attractions, entertainment venues, and special events, worldwide
  • Act as an intermediary between cardmembers and various service providers to ensure their requests are met, and comms SLAs are met
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
