Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales and white-glove service
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Skilled in effective negotiation
- Extensive knowledge of travel reservation/booking platforms
- Highly effective problem-solving skills
- Exceptionally precise, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- At least 5 years experience booking and coordinating international and domestic luxury group travel
- Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience coordinating music tours or adhering to business travel policies a plus
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences
- Oversee the sale and coordination of transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities
- Offer clients insights on destinations, cultural norms, customs, weather, and activities
- Manage payment collection, arrange travel bookings, and facilitate payments of necessary fees
- Resolves travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds with vendors
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with travel and tour vendors
- Stay up to date on the latest in travel trends
- Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation of bookings, payments, transactions, and client/vendor interactions
