Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales and white-glove service
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Skilled in effective negotiation
  • Extensive knowledge of travel reservation/booking platforms
  • Highly effective problem-solving skills
  • Exceptionally precise, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • At least 5 years experience booking and coordinating international and domestic luxury group travel
  • Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience coordinating music tours or adhering to business travel policies a plus

Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences
  • Oversee the sale and coordination of transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities
  • Offer clients insights on destinations, cultural norms, customs, weather, and activities
  • Manage payment collection, arrange travel bookings, and facilitate payments of necessary fees
  • Resolves travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds with vendors
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with travel and tour vendors
  • Stay up to date on the latest in travel trends
  • Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation of bookings, payments, transactions, and client/vendor interactions
