We are a financial technology company founded in 2020. We specialize in AI-powered private banking for business owners, offering an all-in-one platform that combines business and personal finance management. We are not a bank; banking services are provided by Thread Bank, Member FDIC. The Flex Business Credit Card is issued by Lead Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.

Our product range includes Business Banking, which offers secure banking, 1% cashback on debit card purchases, free domestic ACH and wire transfers, up to 2.99% APY, and up to 20 subaccounts. FDIC insurance is available up to $3M for funds on deposit through Thread Bank. The Business Credit Card provides flexible payment terms, credit limits tailored to businesses, up to 1.75% cashback, and 0% for 60 days on eligible purchases. We also offer Net-60 credit terms.

For financial operations, we provide AI-powered AP Automation to streamline bill payments via ACH, card, or credit, with integrations for QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite. Employee Expense Management allows for automated approvals, spending tracking, and custom limits for unlimited physical and virtual employee cards. It also integrates with QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite. Additionally, Global Payments enables sending and receiving payments to over 180 countries with $0 wire transfer fees in local currencies, transactions in up to 32 local currencies, and a 1% FX rate. Personal Banking features, including an HNW Credit Card, rewards, concierge services, and private asset tracking, are planned for future release.

We acquired Ghost Financial in 2023 and had raised $120 million in debt and equity by the same year. In 2023, we processed $1 million in transactions, which grew to $1 billion by 2025. We secured a $60 million Series B equity round to further develop our AI-powered platform. Customer feedback from January 2025 indicates that 75% of users reported improved cash flow as a primary benefit.

We offer a compensation package that includes base salary, stock, and bonuses, with significant equity. We support remote work and provide on-site opportunities in San Francisco, Miami, or New York.

Employees receive a full benefits package, including 401k, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid medical, dental, and vision insurance. For certain roles, commission-based incentive plans are available, with potential on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $130,000 to $450,000.
