We develop and grow beauty and personal care brands, helping them establish an omnichannel presence beyond Amazon. This means we manage global brand initiatives, protect brand identity, and work closely with our product, creative, digital commerce, and sales teams. Our goal is to drive long-term growth through both strategy and hands-on execution.

We also manage a multi-entity international finance function, ensuring financial control, accurate reporting, and strategic commercial insights across our operations in the UK, Netherlands, US, and Australia. This includes managing accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance to support scalable growth and M&A.

We have a hybrid work model, with employees coming into our London office at Runway East in Bloomsbury three days a week. We emphasize collaboration across our product, creative, digital commerce, and commercial teams.
