Our client is an innovation engine that works with early-stage companies to validate and build new ideas from the ground up. Our team partners with multiple B2B SaaS ventures simultaneously, providing expertise in go-to-market strategy, execution, and marketing operations.

  • Location: Remote working CST/EST hours
  • Contract Length: 2-3 months initially with opportunity to extend through EOY
  • Time Commitment: 10-15 hrs/week
  • Rate: $60/hr

Job Description

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the portfolio of early-stage B2B SaaS companies. In this role, you’ll implement technical marketing infrastructure, set up tracking systems, and manage analytics across multiple ventures simultaneously. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and can work efficiently across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Setup & Integration: Configure Google Tag Manager, GA4 conversion tracking, and Hubspot implementation
  • Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain Looker dashboards to track marketing performance
  • Marketing Operations: Support technical aspects of digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X
  • Campaign Measurement: Ensure proper attribution and tracking for all marketing initiatives
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple priorities across different ventures
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Design, launch, and manage campaigns across paid search and paid social channels with budgets of approximately $15K per company

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with marketing technology tools:
    • Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementation
    • Looker or similar dashboard creation
    • Hubspot CRM configuration and management
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS marketing operations
  • Ability to manage an evolving task list and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-directed with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation workflows
  • Knowledge of SQL for custom reporting
  • Familiarity with lead scoring and qualification systems
