We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Virtual Marketing Assistant to support their marketing team with a variety of tasks. This position offers the opportunity to grow and develop marketing skills while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferably with good math and Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms.
- Help with data entry and tracking marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and help with basic analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Support email marketing efforts, including preparing and sending newsletters.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential marketing opportunities.
- Manage and organize marketing assets, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in coordinating virtual events or webinars.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
