Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual contributor to join our team as a Marketing Communication Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing the project business marketing strategy with a strong focus on professional audiences, including investors, architects, developers, contractors, and business integrators.

Working closely with the Project Business Channel, Product Management, and Trade Marketing teams, you will transform market insights and product value into impactful narratives, targeted campaigns, and engaging customer-facing content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy for the Project Business segment in alignment with the Somfyโ€™s 2030 vision and in cooperation with the PB Channel Leader and HQ Project Business Team.
  • Identify and define key customer personas across the project ecosystem.
  • Map customer journeys and tailor value propositions to specific stakeholder profiles.
  • Translate market insights into targeted marketing actions in partnership with HQ/BA Project Business Development teams.
  • Brief and co-develop high-impact customer-facing materials such as website content, virtual showrooms, brochures, reference cases, videos, and campaign messaging.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives (e.g., white papers, educational content, webinars, interviews) tailored to key project stakeholders.
  • Align with communication calendars and leverage digital platforms to enhance segment visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital team. Report KPIs and continuously optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Trade Teams to identify partnership opportunities with OEMs and other key project stakeholders.
  • Co-create and implement partnership programs with the PB Channel Leader and broader marketing team.
  • Organize and support brand presence at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Engage with professional associations such as PGBC and SARP, enhancing visibility and brand credibility within the architectural and development community.
  • Support the concept and development of a physical showroom in Poland to engage architects and developers.
  • Work closely with Product Management to support product launches with commercial assets and value-based selling materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or building technologies.
  • Proven expertise in strategic/project marketing, value proposition development, and communication.
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing narratives.
  • Experience designing and executing multi-channel (digital & offline) marketing strategies aligned with business goals, with digital expertise as a must.
  • Strong storytelling, content creation, and customer journey mapping skills.
  • Proficient in managing creative assets (campaigns, case studies, videos) and thought leadership (white papers, webinars, publications).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Strong project and stakeholder management; able to prioritize, deliver under deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with industry events, trade shows, and community-building.
  • Collaborative, strategic, entrepreneurial, and independent in approach.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Polish, Czech, or Romanian is a plus.
