We are looking for a proactive and creative Web Marketing Designer to join Precoro’s marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching visuals and graphic illustrations, as well as designing and refining website pages that drive results
Requirements
What we look for (requirements)
3+ years of experience as a designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment, either in-house or at a startup.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and composition.
Solid foundation in UX/UI principles paired with a creative mindset for crafting innovative and visually impactful designs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Open to feedback, proactive, and eager to grow, with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong cross-functional relationships.
English proficiency at B1/B2 level or above.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant web, marketing, and visual design work
Nice-to-have skills
Experience with motion design, animation, or 3D tools and techniques.
Education or hands-on experience in interaction design, visual communication, or digital marketing
Past projects with high impact on user engagement, brand identity, or conversion optimization

What you’ll do (responsibilities)
Enhance user experience and optimize conversions: Conceptualize and implement intuitive UI solutions that improve user experience, remove friction points, and increase conversions across all digital touchpoints, including landing pages and marketing materials.
Craft compelling, performance-driven marketing assets: Design and produce visually consistent, on-brand assets for diverse marketing channels (email, social media, landing pages, articles, and other promotional content) that drive engagement and conversions.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure alignment between web design efforts, brand strategy, user needs, and business goals.
Project management: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within scope.
