Job description
We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join the team on a part-time basis (50% capacity). You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to bring the brand to life across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will span web design, marketing assets, and branding—making a direct impact on user engagement and conversion performance.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing design, ideally in a SaaS company
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual storytelling skills for performance marketing
- Experience with WordPress design and best practices
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Bonus: Experience with AI-generated imagery tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E)
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain WordPress-based marketing websites
- Create YouTube thumbnails, banners, and graphics for digital content
- Design sales assets, such as presentations and one-pagers
- Support email marketing with visuals and layout design
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and application of the brand identity
- Collaborate with the product designer to support product-related visuals
- Help identify and fill creative/content gaps across all touchpoints
- Design for paid campaigns and optimize landing pages for conversion
