Who we are looking for

You are a bilingual communicator (German & English) with a sharp eye for detail and a talent for turning ideas into engaging copy and designs. You thrive in crafting compelling emails and landing pages, balancing creativity with data-driven optimization. Proactive and organized, you feel comfortable managing multiple projects remotely without compromising on quality. Role & Duties

Email Marketing (B2C & B2P)

  • Own the end-to-end email strategy: from ideation and campaign planning to execution and optimization (B2C and B2P).
  • Write engaging, brand-consistent copy for newsletters, drip campaigns, product updates, and partner communications.
  • Design visually appealing emails using Canva (and other tools if needed), ensuring brand consistency and a strong visual identity.
  • Manage translations and localization (coordinate with internal/external translators for German, French, Italian, and more).
  • Handle the full process: setup, testing, sending, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance insights and automation.

Landing Page Copywriting & Design

  • Write compelling copy for B2C and B2P landing pages that drives conversions.
  • Ensure pages are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with FAIRTIQ’s tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize layouts, visuals, and messaging.
  • Monitor page performance (CTR, bounce rate, conversion rate) and iterate for improvement.

Cross-functional Communication

  • Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Actively contribute ideas for improving overall customer communication and user engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met.

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent in German & English (both written and spoken). Additional languages (French, Italian, others) are a strong plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to design visually engaging content (emails, landing pages).
  • Excellent communicator who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with high quality standards

Tools & Skills

  • Experience with Canva (for design), ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) is a strong plus
  • Nice-to-have: Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting and other visual/design platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
