About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager, Member Marketing to join our Marketing team and help us scale and streamline how we reach our members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, strategy, and execution—someone who can see around corners, automate what’s manual, and make it easier for teams to deliver personalized, compliant, and high-performing campaigns.
Reporting to our Vice President of Member Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in partnering with Customer Success, Marketing, Product/Engineering, and Data teams to bring campaigns to life efficiently and at scale. From managing campaign workflows and QA processes to improving the data infrastructure behind our outreach, your work will ensure we deliver a seamless experience to both clients and members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage campaign execution across member marketing channels, including direct mail, email, SMS, and more
- Own and oversee all direct mail operations—from campaign planning and vendor coordination to execution and performance tracking—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Oversee QA processes across all campaign channels to ensure data accuracy, brand consistency, compliance, and flawless execution
- Manage and mentor a high-potential Marketing Operations Associate
- Drive process improvements and implement automation to support scalable, repeatable campaign workflows
- Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort, while proactively training the team on emerging tools and best practices
- Oversee ongoing training, adoption, and optimization of core marketing processes and tools such as Iterable, Salesforce, and Asana
- Optimize database structure, segmentation logic, and overall marketing infrastructure to improve targeting, ensure data accuracy, enable performance tracking, and drive more effective campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing execution aligns with client goals, compliance requirements, and broader business objectives
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for marketing initiatives, while continuously improving budget efficiency by identifying waste, refining resource allocation, and optimizing vendor costs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience across marketing operations and process management, working with a B2B2C model is a plus
- 2+ years managing direct report(s) in a corporate environment
- Relevant industry experience within digital healthcare (strong preference) or SasS
- Proven ability to build and scale operational processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Demonstrated experience managing direct mail operations end-to-end—including vendor management, list generation and targeting, production timelines and QA processes
- Strong familiarity with marketing tools such as Iterable, a plus (or similar ESPs), Salesforce, and project management platforms like Asana
- Ability to analyze campaign data, segment audiences, and optimize database structure for targeting
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines concurrently
- Experience managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Analytics, Product / Engineering
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where priorities shift quickly
- Ability to travel up to 15% annually as needed
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $125,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
