We are now looking for a passionate working student who loves creating compelling content and ensuring our brand’s message is heard. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fully remote environment.
Your Mission
As a Marketing Working Student, you’ll be a crucial part of our marketing team, ensuring our brand is visible, our content is engaging, and our community is supported.
Create compelling content: Be the brand’s storyteller, creating engaging blog articles and social media posts that boost our online presence and connect with our audience.
Manage our social channels: Assist in the day-to-day management of our social media, including content planning, posting, and fostering community interaction.
Improve our visibility: Support our search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to improve our search rankings and overall online visibility.
Do translations & localization: Utilize the Crowdin platform to handle translations from English to German, performing quality reviews to ensure our content is accurate, consistent, and culturally relevant.
Maintain our digital presence: Help keep our website up-to-date by regularly checking for necessary updates and assisting with content management tasks.
Help out wherever needed: Do reviews for our Marketing content and be an engaging part of our team.
You’re a great fit for this role if…
You are proficient in both German (native/professional level) and English (professional level), both written and verbal.
You are currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
You are a self-starter who enjoys working in a remote-first team with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
You have a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to translation work, content reviews, and website updates.
You are passionate about open source software and want to be part of a mission-driven company that promotes transparency and collaboration.
