We are an AI-powered virtual clinic founded in 2017, providing primary care to patients. We partner with insurers and health systems to offer convenient and affordable care. We use machine learning in clinical workflows, combining the expertise of clinicians with artificial intelligence to improve primary care.

We offer text-based primary care, urgent care, and wellness planning. This includes managing chronic conditions like hypothyroidism, hypertension, and diabetes, and treating acute issues such as allergies, fatigue, headaches, minor injuries, colds, UTIs, STIs, rashes, and fever. We also provide wellness support for weight loss, stress management, nutrition, sleep, mental health, and vitamins. Our preventive care options cover screenings for cancer, STIs, cholesterol, diabetes, depression, anxiety, and anemia.

Our services are available ²⁴⁄₇ in all 50 states, with or without insurance. Our care team can provide referrals to specialists, lab orders, and prescriptions, along with proactive follow-ups. We are SOC2 and HIPAA certified. We develop advanced ML and generative AI solutions for patient and provider products, including conversational AI, personalization, and clinical decision support.
