We are a workplace management software and hybrid workplace experience platform, established in 2013. We’re headquartered in the United States, with our roots in Melbourne, Australia. We serve over 12,000 customers and nearly two million users, including organizations like Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, Harvard University, and Krispy Kreme. Our platform lets you administer desks, offices, visitors, and other workplace resources.

Key features include floor plan visualizations, desk and meeting room booking, utilization reports and analytics, advanced user roles and permissions, a custom rules and roles engine, visitor management, and workplace intelligence to understand space usage. We integrate with tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and support SAML SSO.

We have received multiple G2 awards, including ‘Easiest to Use’ and ‘Most Likely to Recommend’ in 2022, and were named a Leader in the 2025 G2 Grid® Report for Workplace Management Software for the third year in a row. We also have a product called AllBooked, which helps venues monetize their spaces.

Our engineering environment aims for minimal technical debt and does not require support for IE or Safari versions older than 13. Our tech stack includes Azure, .NET 8.x, C# 12, Ember.js 5.7 (Octane), Bootstrap 5.x, Selenium, Entity Framework 8.x, SQL Server 2022, and Azure DevOps.
