About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Mobility Funding & Partnerships Intern to support our Manager, Mobility Funding & Partnerships and innovative mobility team. You’ll contribute to projects that directly impact the Clean Mobility Options Program (CMO). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to a statewide incentive program in California.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in analyzing budgets and tracking expenditures for mobility project awardees to ensure compliance and effective use of funds.
- Support the review of voucher agreements, particularly in evaluating trends as it pertains to project scope changes.
- Contribute to updates and improvements of the Mobility Project Implementation Toolkit.
- Assisting in the refinement and finalization of the Partnership Toolkit for use with external stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring To The Table
- Completed at least three years of accredited college/university level coursework.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in internal and external teams with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities.
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
$16 - $21 an hour
CALSTART values transparency and strives to provide as much information regarding compensation as possible. The complete salary range for this role is $16-21 per hour. We determine pay based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity and other factors relevant to the job.
