At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients to find a highly driven, results-oriented Outbound Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in designing and optimizing lead generation processes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying leads through targeted outbound campaigns, while also designing the department’s lead flow strategy to maximize efficiency and results. You’ll focus exclusively on securing qualified appointments no pitching, selling, or closing required while ensuring that the process you design is scalable and effective.
Responsibilities
Lead Process Design & Optimization
- Develop, document, and implement a streamlined lead generation workflow for the department.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing lead flow and propose data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align lead process with business goals.
Lead Sourcing & Qualification
- Identify and source high-quality leads that match predefined target profiles.
- Apply qualification criteria to ensure all appointments meet required standards before handoff.
Outbound Campaign Management
- Write compelling, conversion-driven cold email copy to maximize open, click-through, and response rates.
- Execute follow-up sequences via email to nurture and engage leads.
- Manage and optimize outbound campaigns using tools such as Smartleads.ai, ZoomInfo, and Inboxlogy.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Track outreach performance, analyze results, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging, targeting, and process design remain aligned.

- Proven experience in outbound lead generation and designing lead flow processes.
- Strong copywriting skills for cold email and follow-up content.
- Proficiency in lead sourcing, automation tools, and CRM systems.

Required Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of outbound lead generation or appointment-setting experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing or optimizing lead flow processes.
- Proficiency with cold email outreach tools, CRM systems, and lead databases.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of sales prospecting workflows and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will start with reviewing your lead pipeline and prioritizing prospects based on the target profile. You’ll work on both executing cold email outreach and refining the lead process for maximum efficiency. This includes crafting and sending high-impact emails, implementing strategic follow-up sequences, and adjusting workflows to improve conversion rates. Throughout the day, you’ll analyze campaign metrics, make process adjustments, and collaborate with leadership to ensure that the department’s lead flow remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
