Partner & Channel Sales Manager– Canada

Location: Remote (Canada-based)

Territory: United States & Canada

Languages: English (French is a plus)

Reports to: Regional Director – Americas

🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Partnership Account Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances in the U.S. and Canada. As one of the first few hires in this region, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our North American footprint, owning channel-led sales and partner engagement end-to-end.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔥 Revenue Ownership & Partner Sales

  • Own and exceed a revenue quota through partner-led opportunities.

  • Drive sales by working closely with MSSPs, VARs, and technology partners.

  • Collaborate with CloudSEK’s marketing and sales teams to co-develop GTM plans.

🤝 Partner Strategy & Expansion

  • Prospect, onboard, and enable new partners across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Build deep relationships with key channel players to drive long-term growth.

  • Run regular partner business reviews, pipeline tracking, and joint planning.

🎯 Strategic Account Management

  • Engage in co-selling and deal acceleration with partners and end clients.

  • Ensure successful partner-led sales cycles, from lead gen to closing.

  • Advocate for partner needs internally to optimize tools, incentives, and enablement.

📈 Market Development

  • Help shape CloudSEK’s partner playbook in North America.

  • Bring market insights to influence product positioning, messaging, and strategy.

  • Represent CloudSEK in partner and industry events to raise awareness.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–5 years in sales or channel/partner roles in cybersecurity, SaaS, or threat intelligence.

  • Location: Based in Canada with ability to work across U.S. time zones.

  • Quota Ownership: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

  • Partner Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience with VARs, MSSPs, and alliance partners in North America.

  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and build processes in a startup-like environment.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; French proficiency is a plus.
