Partner Operations Director
Remote Location: Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC
Position Summary
As the Partner Operations Director, you will architect the foundation for HackerOne’s Partner Sales operations. You’ll lead the design and execution of strategies that accelerate partner performance and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product.
You’ll be a thought partner to senior leaders, translating go-to-market strategy into scalable infrastructure, performance insights, and operational rigor. With full ownership of Partner Operations from inception, you’ll define what “great” looks like—and then build it.

We are seeking candidates located in Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC; and the surrounding metropolitan areas to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections. This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute the global Partner Operations strategy to support a high-performing Partner Sales function.
Develop frameworks for partner segmentation, performance measurement, pipeline health, and attribution modeling.
Support program builds alongside the VP of Channels to deploy a structure for healthy and continuous growth
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in Partner Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance and beyond.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks between cross-functional teams (e.g., quota setting, incentives, enablement).
Build and own the Partner Operations roadmap, including systems, process design, and analytics strategy.
Influence tooling decisions and integrations related to partner performance and GTM alignment.
Potential to grow a team or lead cross-functional project teams.
Set up systems and tools to manage partner commissions, Marketing Development Funds, and other financial components in support of partner operations
Minimum Qualifications
14+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue/Partner Operations, including strategic ownership of operational initiatives.
Demonstrated success building and scaling partner programs or operations functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate with C-level stakeholders.
Deep understanding of GTM strategy, pipeline dynamics, and partner sales motions.
Strong data acumen, with the ability to translate analysis into business action.
Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools; bonus for experience with partner platforms or ecosystems.
Strong executive presence and ability to lead with influence across multiple organizations.
