Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of internal systems, including Linguist Performance Dashboard (LPD), Salesforce (SFDC), Offline Payments (OPM), and Payoneer
  • Experience with SQL queries and database analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Interface with vendors who work on freelancing jobs on the platform
  • Be the point of contact for payment issues and take ownership of issues raised
  • Identify the amount paid on a job
  • Locate a paystub and a job
  • Confirm a linguist's rate
  • Identify all documents paid on a job
  • Identify jobs not registered to the linguist's email

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira
  • Understanding of the translation industry
