Requirements
- Strong knowledge of internal systems, including Linguist Performance Dashboard (LPD), Salesforce (SFDC), Offline Payments (OPM), and Payoneer
- Experience with SQL queries and database analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Interface with vendors who work on freelancing jobs on the platform
- Be the point of contact for payment issues and take ownership of issues raised
- Identify the amount paid on a job
- Locate a paystub and a job
- Confirm a linguist's rate
- Identify all documents paid on a job
- Identify jobs not registered to the linguist's email
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira
- Understanding of the translation industry
