Product Designer
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help craft exceptional user experiences. As a Product Designer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, innovative design solutions that address specific product capabilities and delight our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to shipped products with a demonstrable impact on user experience
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
- Work within and help evolve our design system
- Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts
- Develop comprehensive user journey maps to identify opportunities and pain points
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects and priorities
- Communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- Exercise diplomacy when navigating competing priorities and feedback
- Maintain accountability for design deliverables and timelines
- Stay informed about competitor strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities
- Work independently with development teams while maintaining alignment with the design team
- Utilize AI tools in the design process to move rapidly from idea to prototype
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product design experience with contributions to shipped products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques
- Understanding of engineering and production implementation constraints
- Proficiency in user journey mapping and user-centered design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Proven ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects
Nice to have
- Background in designing for technical audiences and complex workflows
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and the software development lifecycle
- Previous SaaS, enterprise, or developer tools experience is a huge plus

United States Base Pay Range
$113,000—$140,500 USD
