About the role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape the future of our hiring and workforce management solutions — especially as we introduce new Agentic AI capabilities across the platform. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and play a key part in bringing new products and features to market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s comfortable owning projects from idea to execution, with a strong interest in understanding our customers, our products, and the impact Agentic AI can have on real-world business outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to help position and message our products in a way that speaks to customers’ everyday challenges and long-term hiring and workforce management goals. This is a role for someone driven by curiosity, excited by emerging technology, and interested in becoming a trusted voice for customers and the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Shape and influence product positioning, especially as we bring Agentic AI into our new and existing solutions, helping ensure our messaging resonates and sets us apart
- Craft go-to-market strategies that connect what we do with the outcomes customers care about most
- Translate complex capabilities, including new Agentic AI products and features into clear, meaningful stories that highlight value and inspire action
- Bring market and competitive insights back to the team to identify opportunities and drive product-market fit
- Advocate for the customer’s voice, surfacing their pain points and workforce management goals to drive how we build and talk about our solutions
- Support cross-functional teams by bringing a product marketing lens to decisions across the lifecycle
What you should bring
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or a related B2B SaaS role
- Proven interest in launching products or features and telling stories that make complex ideas easy to understand
- Knowledge of and/or a keen interest in learning about Agentic AI and how it can be leveraged across HR tech software
- Strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to speak to different audiences with empathy and clarity
- A proactive, collaborative style, and someone who is comfortable owning projects and moving them forward independently
- Curiosity about the industry, customers, and our products, as well as excited to grow into a strategic product marketing role
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Notion, Highspot, or Gong is a plus
- Exposure to HR tech, recruiting, or workforce solutions is a bonus, but not required
Why You’ll Love This Role
You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full go-to-market process and have room to grow into a more senior product marketing role over time. You’ll help bring meaningful solutions, including the next generation of HR and Agentic AI tools, to the companies and teams who need them, making an impact every step of the way.
Even if you do not meet all the requirements above, we still encourage you to apply for this position. While we try to be thorough with our prerequisites, not everything about you as a candidate can be condensed into a list of bullet points. What do you have to lose?
