Anzen Pro is a market access software platform that centralizes wholesale and retail insurance operations. It automates tasks like records, submissions, proposals, quoting, and renewals across different markets. The platform integrates with email, carrier portals, APIs, and existing agency management systems, letting agencies modernize without disrupting current workflows. Anzen Pro manages diverse needs, from specialty lines to high-volume SMB submissions and various policy sizes and coverage types.

Anzen Pro’s features include intelligent market matching, which uses data from over 50,000 successful submissions to predict carrier responses. It provides automated submission routing, sending submissions to carriers by email or portal from one dashboard. The system also automates submission intake, extracting data from emails and PDFs to complete carrier applications. A one-click proposal builder analyzes carrier quotes, compares coverage, calculates premiums, and creates branded client proposals. We connect to over 130 carriers and work with more than 200 agencies.

We founded Anzen Insurance in 2020. We have 11-50 employees, hold a CA License (6004358), and are backed by technology and insurance investors.

Our team spent years working as wholesalers in specialty and commercial insurance. This experience showed us the real-world brokerage workflows and challenges like fragmented systems, manual tasks, overwhelming emails, and duplicate data entry. That’s why we built Anzen Pro. The name ‘Anzen’ means ‘safety’ in Japanese, which aligns with our goal of modernizing insurance.

Our team has 11-50 employees, all experienced in insurance and technology. We bring decades of experience from underwriting, distribution, and software engineering. We use our deep industry knowledge, combined with modern AI and system design, to carefully and responsibly solve structural problems in insurance workflows.
