About the team
Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager within Member Engagement Marketing you will form part of an Operations team responsible for the smooth operation of a wide range of global products including Rewards, Subscriptions and Billing, as well as our CRM Marketing functions.
Subscriptions and Billing – the products at the centre of this role – are key parts of Tide’s product strategy to attract and retain loyal customers. The team is focused on scaling and optimising these products, ensuring they deliver value to customers while operating efficiently behind the scenes.
About the role
As the Product Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and scalable release, running and monitoring of Tide’s most innovative app-based experiences across markets.
You will be responsible for optimising processes, performance reporting, and facilitating cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and successful outcomes for Tide and its Members.
What you’ll be doing
- Working with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Member Support to lead the operational readiness of new products and features
- Owning operational performance as data advocate for the domain: creating, monitoring and analysing dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with global marketing teams to gather and distil offer requirements for product development
- Striving for operational excellence and the continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders to address concerns and solicit feedback for the Rewards domain across Tide
- Applying Member First principles to troubleshoot mobile and web applications from the user perspective – you’ll feed the ‘Voice of the Member’ into Product
What we are looking for
- You’ve worked in product, consulting, engineering or start-ups and have 2+ years’ experience in the technology industry
- You’re logical, and see data as a crucial part of decision making, but know when to stop analysing and start acting
- You’re proficient in project management with the ability to effectively plan, organise and execute on cross-functional workstreams
- You enjoy working with data and have experience with business analytics tools such as Excel, Looker (or Tableau/Power BI) and SQL
- You have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear and concise verbal and written communication
- You thrive as a generalist and can wear many different hats concurrently
- You relish working in a rapidly changing environment and enjoy working in a complex, technical industry
