Our services include Executive Search & Recruitment, which we conduct on an exclusive, retained basis, focusing on base salaries. We offer Fractional HR Leadership to help build infrastructure, culture, and leadership capabilities for scaling. We also conduct Human Capital Diligence for investment teams.

Through our Leadership Advisory, we provide weekly 1:1 sessions for emerging and experienced leaders, where we address team dynamics, accountability, and high-stakes decisions. Our Training & Development services include customizable workshops on topics like management fundamentals, communication, and burnout. We also offer Recruiter Training & Strategy to help companies build internal hiring capabilities. Lastly, we provide Outplacement services to support both employers and impacted employees during transitions, including pre-services support for planning terminations.
